Graeme Willgress is setting off in May to cycle around the UK coast, raising funds for Sustrans and awareness on the role cycling can play in managing mental health. The last stage of his trip being a wonderful 728 miles journey from his home in Devon to Snowdonia and back. He’ll be learning to live & travel slower, with less planning and the luxury of just a map and camping kit.
Graeme is looking to raise ?2500 for Sustrans so if you’d like to donate please visit his donations page at www.justgiving.com/Graeme-Willgress. There are links from there to his blog and Facebook pages so you can keep track on his progress. This can be found by searching for ‘Round Britain-Cycle for Health‘.
All the best Graeme!

Dear Josie,
We are a group of English Students in France. We are all retired about sixty years old, and we read your adventures in our book “Headway Elementary”
Are you still cooking and delivering on bike ?
We admire your cycling adventures and the kilometres you have covered cycling.
You visited a lot of countries alone and with your family. Certainly it was very exciting.
We wanted to know more about you and we found your blog on Internet during our English lesson. Congratulations.
